Indoors vacation – food and games and videos (Firefly)

Taught R and G in senior English class on Monday

Saturday – AC tournament at John Carroll; two teams went 3-3, 7th grade team went 5-1 and won one playoff to finish in top 8, so the team qualified for a national tournament (3rd year in a row)

In the evening – Race at Weathervane; 4-person cast – black lead was amazing, white lead was good, black legal intern smiled though many intense scenes (odd).

Tuesday – Cardinal variety show

Thursday – Shakespeare Showdown and Friday’s with Dubbs and Khaki (judge)

Saturday – Chinese food and part of Despicable Me 2, then Agatha Christie’s Spider’s Web at Coach House Theater in Akron.

Friday – my 43rd birthday – Chinese food and Doctor Who

Tuesday – The Butler with Aunt Mary, Dale and Carlene at our house

Saturday – Mer’s birthday

– Hiked Firestone and fed the birds

– Watched Despicable Me and then napped

– Out to supper with Ken, Janet, Zach and Londa – Starbucks and then Cheesecake Factory

Friday – Uncle Vanya at Weathervane

Thursday – Matt Akers over to watch First Things’ The Creed (on the Nicene Creed)

Saturday – ran 10 miles with LT, then mellow day; watched Pats-Colts game at Zach and Londa’s.
