I have been pretty good about practicing my shiny new dobro. I converted Mer’s old guitar into a practice dobro for use at school (on days where I am waiting for Mer to be ready to go home), in addition to my real dobro that I have at home. I have mostly been spending my time on exercises for the right hand – picking patterns and the like. I did get a little antsy at just exercises, so I have been working some on one or two melodies.
